Returns & Exchanges

Modzori offers our customers a 30-day, no questions asked return/exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Modzori shoes, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase, and tell us why you would like to return or exchange it.

Return and exchange items should be unworn, and still have their tags and in original packaging. You may return your order within 30 days from the purchase date.

Below applies only to the items purchased on If you have purchased a product from one of Modzori re-sellers (either store or online), you must return your product to that retailer. is unable to process any returns for purchases that originated elsewhere and these are not covered under our 30-day guarantee.

  • Request a Return Authorization
    • You must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) by emailing us to with “Return request” in the subject line. We will email you RA# within 24 hours after your request is received.
    • In email, specify the original order number and tell us if you want to return or exchange it. In case of exchange, please do not forget size that you want to exchange with.
  • Returns will be refused and sent back to the sender if there is no Returns Authorization number on the box.
  • Put the RA# on the box, and include a copy of your original packing slip in your return.
  • Ship It Back
    • At this time, you are unable to use our USPS flat rate shipping label and you’ll need to ship back your return with the carrier of your choice. We advise using a method that provides a tracking number.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.
  • If you request an exchange however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new size out to you again (Domestic US shipments only).
  • If return package is not sent to the proper return location or sent COD, it will be refused.
  • Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • The prepaid shipping label (if you use our label) will be deducted at the time of the return credit.
